WHAT ARE ETERNALÂ FLOWERS?
Mireille Bespoke Eternal Flowers are all 100% real, freshly preserved flowers to last for years. These flowers are preserved from natural, high-quality floral breeds using state-of-the-art European technology, which allows the flora to maintain its natural beauty, texture and soft natural touch. Eternal Flowers do not wilt like fresh flowers, does not require sunlight or water, and can last for years with proper care.
HOW ARE ETERNAL FLOWERS MADE?
At Mireille Bespoke, we preserve our Eternal Flowers using state-of-the-art European technology. We source for the best quality flowers globally. When the fresh flowers are at their biggest bloom, we immediately extract the fluid from the roses and replaced it with an organic, toxic-free dye to restore the color vibrancy. Eternal Flowers do not wilt like fresh flowers and can last for years with proper care.
WHAT IF I AMÂ ALLERGIC TO FLOWERS?
Most people who are allergic to fresh flowers are allergic to the flower pollens. In the process of extracting the fluid from the roses, the flower pollens are removed as well, which means Mireille Bespoke Eternal Flowers are hypoallergenic. Hence, even people who are allergic to flower pollens can receive this real flowers bouquet as well.
HOW DO IÂ CARE FOR MY ETERNAL FLOWERS?

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERYÂ POLICY?
At Mireille Bespoke, each of the arrangements are professionally curated and safely hand-delivered with a message card, on the exact day that you need it. Just click on the calendar to check availabilities upon checking out. We offer free personal delivery service within Klang Valley, and special arrangements can be made for delivery in West Malaysia. Contact us to schedule.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
As all Mireille Bespoke arrangements are specially curated upon order, we require 1 week of order in advance in order to ensure the best quality in everything that we do, so do plan you special day ahead! Having said that, express arrangements can be made upon request and at additional charges, contact us to discuss!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately, our arrangements of Everlasting flowers are not eligible for returns. Please also note, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed.

CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes of course! At Mireille Bespoke, we give you the option of customizing your very own arrangement of Everlasting flowers! We offer a various selection of colors, from there you can choose your desired arrangement including Mono, Mosaïque, number, letter, or even heart! As with all things natural, rose essential oil in Mireille Bespoke Eternal Roses will dissipate over time and will gradually deplete after about 6 months. That is one good reason to shop for your next Eternal Rose every half a year!
